Controlled fermentation with cooling, monitoring and process hygiene.

Distillation

Distillation, rectification and polishing to the planned ENA quality basis.

DDGS recovery

Decanter separation, thin-stillage concentration and drying to recover a saleable co-product.

Steam, condensate, cooling, RO/DM, CIP, instrumentation and PLC/SCADA integration.
